Privacy policy

What we store

• Account: your email address, plan and billing status, and Stripe customer and subscription IDs.
• Airtable token: your personal access token, encrypted with AES-256-GCM. We only use it to read the views you configure.
• Export settings: base, table and view IDs and names, recipients, schedule, and run history (time, status, row count, error message).
• Security data: hashed login tokens, hashed session IDs, and a salted hash of your IP address for rate limiting.

What we don't store

We don't store your Airtable records. Each export is fetched, turned into a CSV in memory, emailed, and discarded.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting and database), our email delivery provider (sends magic links and exports), and Stripe (payments). Exported CSVs pass through the email provider to deliver them.

Legal basis and retention

We process data to perform our contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and for security (legitimate interest). Delete your exports, token or whole account at any time from the dashboard; account deletion also cancels your subscription. Billing records are kept as long as Dutch tax law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie and a CSRF cookie. There are no trackers.
