Airtable CSV export tools compared (2026): EasyCSV, On2Air, CSV Getter, Make, ViewCourier
Airtable can download a view as CSV by hand, but it can't schedule that export or attach a CSV to an automation email. A handful of tools fill the gap, and they solve slightly different problems. Prices below are from each vendor's public pricing page in October 2026; check their sites for current numbers.
Quick answer
- You want a view emailed as a CSV every day, week or month: a dedicated scheduled-export tool (ViewCourier) is the shortest path.
- You want full backups of whole bases, including attachments, with restore: a backup tool such as On2Air.
- You want a live CSV/JSON URL other software can pull from: an endpoint tool such as CSV Getter.
- The export is one step in a longer workflow: Make or Zapier.
- You also need CSV imports, upload forms and many destinations: EasyCSV.

| Make / Zapier | General automation | Anything, once you build the scenario | Free tiers; paid plans billed per operation/task |
| ViewCourier | Emailing one Airtable view as a CSV attachment on a schedule | Email attachment to up to 5 people | €9/mo (3 exports, daily/weekly/monthly, 5,000 rows); €19/mo Pro (25 exports, hourly, 50,000 rows) |
How to choose
Is the reader a person or a system?
If a person opens the file (a manager, a client, an accountant), email is the natural channel: it arrives on its own, and every email is a dated copy. If another system consumes the data, a pull URL (CSV Getter) or a cloud folder (On2Air, EasyCSV) fits better.
One view or the whole base?
Reports are usually one filtered view. Backups are usually every table, every field and the attachments. Backup tools price by bases and records; report tools price by the number of scheduled exports.
How often?
Check which schedules a plan includes. Several tools reserve daily or hourly runs for higher tiers. ViewCourier includes daily on every plan and hourly on Pro.
Who maintains it?
A Make or Zapier scenario is flexible but needs someone to map columns, handle paging past 100 records, and fix it when it breaks. A dedicated tool takes the view as the source of truth: add a field to the view and the next CSV includes it.
Free options first
For a one-off export of every table in a base, use our free Airtable base to CSV tool: it runs in your browser and downloads a ZIP of CSVs, no signup. For a single view, Airtable's own Download CSV menu item is enough.
Let ViewCourier do it
Connect a read-only Airtable token, pick a view, and choose daily, weekly or monthly at your time and timezone. Every run emails a clean CSV attachment to up to five people. The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no credit card.
